Facing issues while purchasing our product?
Here is the solution.
At ThemeSelection we have the following Payment Gateways:
Stripe
PayPal
Razorpay - For India only
If you are from India, select RazorPay for purchasing our product. For other countries choose PayPal or Stripe.
Let's consider that, you have selected the payment gateway and filled out the details accordingly.
Following can be the possible cases for payment failure:
Case 1: Wrong Payment Gateway Selected
If you have selected the wrong payment gateway then you will be not able to make the payment.
Solution:
Select the right payment gateway. RazorPay is only for India so please select PayPal or Stripe if you are not from India.
Case 2: Credit/Debit Card Issues:
Credit/Debit cards have insufficient balance
Credit/Debit card is expired
Credit/Debit cards have security issues (Stripe blocks such cards)
Incorrect Details i.e. incorrect card number, CVV, expiry date, etc.
Solution:
Before you make the purchase, make sure you have entered the correct details & using an active card with sufficient balance.
If one card doesn't work, try using other cards.
Case 3: The payment gateway is blocked in your country:
PayPal & Stripe both have their service available in almost every country. Although, some countries have either banned them or both services have blacklisted them.
If your country is blacklisted by the services, you can't make payments using them.
Solution:
If this is the case for you, you can make purchases via your friend's or colleague's card from the countries both services are available OR ask them to purchase it on your behalf.
